Our Headingley office is on North Lane in the centre of Headingley and specialises in student accommodation in Headingley – perfect for students based at the Leeds Beckett campus, as well as students who enjoy the buzz of Headingley. At Springwell, we won't take on any property we are offered - unlike many letting agents in Leeds, we don't have thousands of properties on our books, and don't have our own huge portfolio to look after first.
