Spotlight Data Information

At Spotlight Data we aim to shine a light on structured and unstructured data across organisations. We develop enterprise ready systems that make sense of data, and provide meaningful insights to help improve decision making. Our Nanowire AI platform is split into two components: a modern, user friendly web panel and a scalable pipeline that processes the files. The interface can be used by non-technical staff, and so it can be used by anyone within a business both quickly and efficiently. Methods we use include Natural Language Processing, machine learning, and clustering - to provide insights into files and documents across large document corpuses, social media, and cloud services. The system can scale to millions of files, and is designed to aid search, understanding, and improve decision making. As well as file based data we also gather and process streams of data from hardware devices and sensors. Insights such as pattern recognition and anomalies can be found and visualised in meaningful ways ie. heat-maps onto an irregular 3D surface. We would like to work with more organisations who need to understand the data they hold, and want to expand the system’s capabilities in new and exciting ways. We are interested in partnering with companies, organisations or startups who have novel ideas we can evolve and incorporate into the system. Areas of interest include audio, video and document classification algorithms.
