Overview and Mission
Founded in 1983, Flying Food Group LLC is a U.S. based and owned company providing authentic meals (fresh and frozen) as well as logistics and digital services to the travel and retail industries. Guided by a strong sense of purpose and belonging, the value we create ultimately benefits the charitable foundation of our founder, Sue Ling Gin.
Catering
Our strategic network of 17 modern production kitchens stretches from Hawaii to Florida. We deliver an exceptional on-board passenger experience that elevates our customer’s brand value (Americas "Airline Caterer of the Year 2024, 2025 and 2026," Pax International).
Retail
FFG partners with national and regional retailers to develop, manufacture, and scale fresh and frozen prepared food programs — from concept through commercialization. Our culinary innovation, co-manufacturing, and private label capabilities give retail partners the tools to build compelling store brands, expand grab-and-go offerings, and bring high-quality, consumer-driven food solutions to shelf with speed, consistency, and confidence.
Digital Services
With offices in Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicago, and Dublin, MOST serves a global clientele, offering a comprehensive suite of retail and payment solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the mobility sector. Originally launched as our first corporate venture, MOST is now recognized as the global leader in inflight retail technology, serving the aviation industry.
