SplatSpace (*space) is a multidisciplinary workspace, playspace, and hackerspace in Downtown Durham. We're a non-profit, member-driven, member-funded organization with a physical space for people to get together, work on projects, collaborate on their work or hobbies, and learn from each other. Our membership consists of creative types of all kinds: technologists, crafters, engineers, mad scientists, artists, programmers, tinkerers, makers, and more. During open hours, we welcome everyone to join us for free events, workshops, and socializing. It never costs money to visit Splat Space. Membership is available for active community members interested in supporting the organization and obtaining 24/7 access to the space.
