Spitfire Coach is a certified women owned strategic leadership advisory and professional development organization based in Denver, CO.
 Founded in 2016 by certified executive coach, Lauren LeMunyan PCC, Spitfire Coach works with all levels of organizations to rewire team or organization culture from the inside out using facilitation, training and leadership coaching. Spitfire Coach specializes in conflict mitigation, time management strategies and leadership presence. Leveraging core energy coaching, design thinking and emotional intelligence, we train employees, supervisors and leaders to better communicate, problem solve and resolve conflict. Following a decade-long career as an association executive,  Lauren has amassed over 2100 certified coaching hours as a Professional Certified Coach, is a registered ICF Mentor Coach and will soon be achieving her Master Certified Coach credential. Ms. LeMunyan is also the creator of The Spitfire Coaching Process, an ICF certified continuing education course that teach current and future leaders how to identify blind spots, resolve gaps and empower and motivate themselves and their team. Our philosophy was built on delivering direct and empathetic coaching and feedback while building innovation and efficiency through necessary skills that leaders can implement immediately. We understand that thriving through disruption and distributed communication is a skillset most managers have not devoted deep work to develop. We partner with left-brain leaders to design a comprehensive leadership style that highlights their strengths.
