By removing the need for users to adjust settings, Speedflex trainers are able to maximise the limited time people have to exercise in today’s society, delivering a seamless, productive and results-driven session suited to individual’s needs. A typical session incorporates calorie burning endurance intervals and weight training inspired movements from boxing, rowing, football, tennis, golf and more.
