Founded in 1990, Paul Mellor and Mark Forant have built Speclines into the premier outdoor lighting agency of New England. “We live our projects” is truly a saying we believe. Our work is our passion and that passion is brought to every project and shared with every collaborator. With over 60 years of combined experience, Speclines has worked on projects for municipalities, universities, corporations, commercial developments, and transportation agencies. We take an interdisciplinary approach through the blending of design, science and the latest technology to unify form and function resulting in innovative lighting solutions.
