Our mission at Speakalytics is to understand what is most important to customers by analyzing the language they use. With an artificial intelligent engine we transform contact centers by enabling them to craft the world's best remote experiences. 88% of contact centers believe customer experiences are their primary drivers of growth and change. But unfortunately there are no cost-effective ways of listening to every customer's call and objectively identifying what's most important to them. Our conversational insights go beyond the standard of offering visibility into calls of transcriptions and stages. And we share KPIs that lead to satisfied customers, reliable assessments of quality control, and insights that increase operational productivity. Speakalytics was founded in a Georgia Tech startup incubator for students called CREATE-X. Since graduating, we are an Accelerate company at ATDC, a renowned incubator in Atlanta, GA, have graduated the Queen City FinTech Accelerator in Charlotte, NC, and recently joined an joint venture sponsored by Village Capital and UBS.
