At Southwind, we offer a number of client services utilizing the most advanced technology available. We offer comprehensive pre-lease scoping of the prospective property, providing our client with information about the condition of the building and cost estimates of various construction phases. We will work with the client's architect to produce building plans, or if desired we will produce the Auto-CAD work and select an architect for you. Southwind bids each project according to the customer's needs. We maintain accounts with national vendors, so that procurement of construction materials and subcontractors is never a problem. Southwind handles all agency consulting, review and approval, as well as construction scheduling, inspection monitoring, project quality control, and all project administration.
