Southern Baking was formed in Greer SC in 1995 , as a local wholesale bakery. Built on the principals of speed, consistency, strong customer relationships, exceptional quality, and freedom from "red tape,"Southern Baking has provided the Greenville SC area with the resources of a large bakery with out sacrificing customer service. Over the years Southern Baking has worked very closely with its customers to manage inventories and ensure product flows.
