Sonic Mixing Corporation designs and manufactures custom industrial mixing equipment, high-pressure homogenizers, inline blending systems, and liquid processing equipment for manufacturers across the chemical, food and beverage, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries. Since 1955, Sonic has worked with manufacturers to develop equipment and processing systems for emulsification, dispersion, homogenization, continuous blending, milling, and agitation. Our core equipment includes: SONOLATOR High-Pressure Homogenizers – Custom systems for emulsification, dispersion, and droplet or particle size reduction, including single-feed and multi-feed configurations. TECHBLEND Inline Blending Systems – Automated systems for continuous metering and blending of liquid ingredients. ROTOMILL Colloid Mills – Equipment for wet milling, grinding, and particle size reduction. TYPHOON Propeller Mixers – Industrial mixers for batch agitation and liquid processing. Custom Process & Pumping Skids – Engineered systems for material transfer, metering, pumping, and related processing operations. Sonic's capabilities extend beyond individual equipment. We provide custom system design, fabrication, integrated electrical controls, PLC/HMI automation, and process testing to support equipment development and integration into manufacturing operations.
