Soluna Yoga Studio Information

Welcome to Soluna Yoga Studio in Niskayuna, New York. The studio features wood floors, soft wall colors, dimmable wall sconces, and quiet heating and air conditioning. The two-classroom studio opens up to form one large space to accommodate popular classes and workshops. The reception area is welcoming with yoga art work on the walls and convenient places for shoes and coats. At Soluna we strive to provide the student with an environment that will enhance your personal and physical growth in your yoga experience. We are committed to bring compassion, peace and a sense of well-being to all students. Our doors are open to all in the community wishing to share in yoga. Soluna Yoga has been serving Schenectady, Glenville, Clifton Park, Niskayuna, Albany, and the entire Capital Region with a professionally staffed yoga studio for over 10 years. We have a variety of yoga classes including Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal Yoga, and meditation. We also offer TaiChi and Qigong.
