Each and every one of us benefit daily from the achievements and self-sacrifices of the members of the British Armed Forces; It is "Soldier On's" ambition that no wounded former serviceman or woman will live without professional employment support. This support should be provided through public subscription and not via profitable activity. "Soldier On!" is a fully independent charity that is both complimentary and non-competing to all related government and charitable sector initiatives. It is the vehicle for the public, for all of us, to help our wounded in securing sustainable, suitable careers in order to live with dignity through self-sufficiency. Finding gainful employment is the next step in the rehabilitation process. "Soldier On!" is keen to be 'linked-in' to heads of Human Resources, former service-personnel, recruiters, executive-search consultants and anyone who would like to support this initiative.
