Soham in the ancient Indian language of Sanskrit means – “One with consciousness”. Evolution of every human form has to undergo their journey from Self awareness to a higher level of consciousness. Soham - a life skills training organization empowers individuals to explore the psycho-social skills that determine valued behavior and include reflective skills such as problem-solving and critical thinking, to personal skills such as self-awareness and interpersonal skills. Our way of looking at life is very different, so is our training methodology. Our programs aspire to align “Head, Heart and Hand”. To us, training is not teaching or preaching but experiential learning to sharpen the skills you have and or tapping into your hidden potential. We provide tools and become channels for creating an internal awareness for every individual.
