We are developing two main areas of expertise:The combination of IP telephony, fine-tuning of 'smart' call centres, integration with the clients' corporate databases and consulting (we call it ABCom for short). With our help, even smaller companies get a chance to use solutions previously affordable only to the industry flagship companies. We offer a number of off-the-shelf solutions starting from $ 298. However, if necessary, we undertake a comprehensive survey of our customer's tasks, build a business model together with the customer, identify the necessary steps, implement and deliver a turn-key project. Our customers are businesses of any size. Generally, the economic effect of our deployments becomes visible within two months. We have been developing this area since 2012 and have carried out a lot of projects in various fields.
