Here is our team of field superintendents: Fernand Lambert - Senior Field Superintendent: Fernand has more than 35 years' construction experience on a wide range of major projects. Having worked with Marc in his various companies for more than 25 years, he gives new superintendents advice and support if issues arise during a project. Fernand's positive outlook helps ensure a pleasant work environment where staff can comfortably and easily perform their tasks. Marc Gagnon - Field Superintendent, Commercial Projects: Marc has more than 25 years' experience in new commercial construction and renovation projects, where interior finishing is his greatest strength. He has extensive knowledge of door systems, hardware, interior systems, cabinetry, etc. Marc is a natural leader who motivates his team to produce top quality work. Philippe Lalande - Field Superintendent, Residential and Commercial Projects: With more than 30 years' experience in residential construction, Philippe has supervised teams of foremen at concurrent sites for housing and condominium projects in Quebec and Ontario. He has a thorough knowledge of regulations (Tarion, WSIB, etc.) and always adheres to project time frames. Philippe provides attentive and personal service to home buyers, oversees quality control at work sites, and conducts the final inspection in person when clients take possession of a unit.
