Our planning services include long-range strategic planning, assessment of community assets and needs, operational (business) planning, shorter-range implementation planning, program/service planning, and fund distribution planning for public agencies and foundation. Sustainability. For health and human services, sustainability is the ability to create lasting improvements in health and well-being for an extended period of time despite ongoing changes in funding sources, program models, community demographics and other factors. Our sustainability services use a uniquely holistic approach to address all of the factors shown by research to lead to long-term stability and success in maintaining important community outcomes. Governance. We can enhance the effectiveness of governing bodies in many ways, including assessment of current functioning, training, team building and optimized board design, bylaws and other operating guidelines. Facilitation.
