Leading the way in the Staffordshire food scene with exclusively developed menus and a captivating brand that connects with customers by taking them on a journey into the States. We believe that behind every experience is an exceptional team of people. Our bespoke and seasonal menus take inspiration from personal experiences and the best of America encompassing the colourful array of cultural influences from across the States. We use traditional, time honoured American cooking techniques with carefully crafted recipes. We focus on only the highest quality food & drink and work closely with suppliers to provide the best quality ingredients, either local or specially imported all the way from the USA. The atmosphere at Smoke & Rye is fast paced, vibrant and personable. We’re not interested in the stuffy or inaccessible, our aim is to make sure our customers have the best time possible whilst they’re with us!
