Our vision is a world where good restaurants become great ones—and those great restaurants flourish, regardless of whether they serve upscale cuisine, homestyle fare or quick eats. It’s an issue that’s near and dear to our heart and we work hard to make sure every restaurant we set out on a journey with achieves greatness. We want to eliminate every bad meal you’ve ever had. Every dish that didn’t meet the hype of the reviews: gone. Every delivery that showed up an hour late and too cold: gone. We want to change the way people eat and reinvent the way they discover and review food online. We want to improve the way people share photos of great meals. And we want to do our part to help more diners understand where their food is coming from. We know that restaurants are about more than just food - we care about the whole restaurant experience. We also know software can be a valuable tool for bringing that experience to more customers and to keep them coming back. But we also know our limits: Our software is no replacement for the classic cornerstones of great restaurants—an inspired menu, lip-smackingly good food and a friendly, welcoming environment. And we wouldn't have it any other way.
