Xi’an Famous Foods began as a 200 square foot basement stall in the Golden Shopping Mall in Flushing, N.Y. The original location, established in late 2005, was the first restaurant to bring the little-known cuisine of Xi’an to the United States, with signature hand-ripped noodles, secret spice mixes, and Xi’an “burgers” with housemade flatbread. Since then, we’ve expanded to six locations in Manhattan, two in Brooklyn and two in Queens in total. As a family-owned business, we hope to reintroduce the world to the unique cuisine of our hometown: liangpi “cold skin” noodles, lamb pao mo soup, and wide hand-pulled “biang biang” noodles, all in its most authentic form.

Brooklyn Dumpling Shop was born of the idea that “everything is better in a dumpling.” Through our distinct food items, exceptional service, and 100% digital ordering system, we are committed to providing an outstanding dining experience to each of our guests. We are also growing brand awareness and trial through our expanding network of Grocery Retail partners.

RedFarm opened in NYC’s West Village in 2011,by Hong Kong dim sum master Chef Joe Ng and Chinese food expert Ed Schoenfeld, serving modern and inventive Chinese food with a greenmarket sensibility. Since then, RedFarm has become renowned as one of the city’s finest and most stylish Chinese restaurants. In 2014, RedFarm opened Decoy in the space below RedFarm on Hudson St., which is now world renowned for its signature Peking Duck feasts. Or as New York Magazine has described it, “The Absolute Best Peking Duck in New York” From classic pork buns and BBQ spare ribs to that legendary Peking duck, pastrami-filled egg rolls, and their renowned dumplings (called “bundles of delight” by the NY Times), RedFarm & Decoy’s greatest hits are now shipping nationwide!
