Many of our classes have people aged between 20-80 years old and we offer classes with enough variety to allow everyone to stretch, strengthen, grow, and evolve. We live in a difficult time, full of crisis, stress, and intense distractions, and it seems that Yoga is finding such relevance in our times because its teachings help to ground us in our physical and psychological reality and its techniques foster personal growth and evolution.
