SCF is the world’s leading advocacy and standards development organization dedicated to driving sustainable digital transformation through agile, scalable, shared communications infrastructure. We unite a diverse ecosystem, representing the interests of MNOs, neutral hosts, private network operators, OEMs and enterprises. Together, we develop technical standards and regulatory guidelines, collaborating with governments, regulators, and policymakers to navigate the complexities of our sector, supporting digital transformation by promoting global best practice. Our track record speaks for itself: we have driven the standardization of key elements of small cell technology including Iuh,FAPI/SCAPI, SON, the small cell services API,TR‑069 evolution and the enhancement of the X2 interface. At the time of writing, Small Cell Forum has more than 140 members, including SCF hosts and runs Small Cells World Summit. Our flagship global SCWS takes place in London every June, and we also run SCWS Saudi every November as part of the Connected World KSA conference in Riyadh.
