Prior to developing Skycloud IT, I had the opportunity to work for many years with other technology consulting firms that consistently said they offered a superior product or service. However, all of my experiences while working with these other technology consulting firms were less than anything acceptable. From overcharging clients for products, to not living up to the promises that are given to the clients, to not meeting the demands of their customers, there was always unacceptable service being offered to their clients. Skycloud IT was developed to steer clear of practices such as this and offer IT services to customers that are built on honesty and integrity. With that said, here are my promises to you: 1) You will work with a diligent and experienced IT consultant who wants to learn about your business and help your business grow and succeed for many years to come. 2) We will not sell you products. However, we will work as your advocate to obtain the best pricing for products, such as servers, desktops, laptops, wireless access points, switches, etc. 3) You will see our faces. We do not take the managed services/help desk approach that you have to call into a 'support center' to get help with your problem. However, we take the approach of working as an advocate and being apart of your team. We want to celebrate your successes with you, and we can't do that if we are trying to 'nickle and dime' you for everything. 4) You will receive services that are based on honesty! We want to help you succeed and grow your business; this can't be done if we have other plans in mind. 5) I am just like you, a small business owner!
