We combine research and expertise in workforce development with software solutions built around the national vocational competency standards. Skillsbook® is a cloud-based platform that manages skills, education and career development. It enables individuals to load, store and control a lifelong 'bank account' of their skills. It also allows employers and professional associations to manage the skill base of their workforce and membership and provides a platform for training organisations to manage competency assessments in an efficient, compliant manner. The entire system integrates an individual’s account across multiple service layers, with direct links between enterprise skills and the complex world of registered training organisations. It provides seamless management between businesses and training organisations.
