Established in 2006, Skills Team are a specialist training company with a passion for helping businesses to maximize potential through investment in people. As a government approved apprenticeship training provider, we work with businesses of all sizes and complexities, from small business looking to invest in individual courses, to large enterprises implementing full scale workforce development plans. Skills Team Accreditations and Partners Skills Team are recognised as a quality training provider on the government-approved Register of Apprenticeship Providers. As an ILM and City and Guilds accredited training organisation, we hold an Ofsted Grade 2 (Good) rating. We have also been recognised for excellence in our information, advice and guidance, with a Matrix Standard accreditation of quality, and we work in alignment with the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and the European Union’s European Social Fund (ESF). We have a strong track record of achievement, with above average success rates for apprenticeship completion and a reputation for flexibility, innovation and always delivering on our promises.
