This segment also provides data storage machines for the production of optical disc formats comprising of CD, DVD, dual layer Blu-ray, and Ultra HD Blu-ray discs. The Semiconductor segment supplies special purpose machines and machine platforms, such as TIMARIS and ROTARIS for use in magneto resistive random access memory, sensors, power controllers, and microelectromechanical systems.
