Simply Power Yoga Information

SPY is helping to provide daily necessities. We are also helping to make sure that each family has a plentiful Thanksgiving and a joyful Christmas. I am committed to every single one of those children having a magical christmas. The teachers of SPY will attend group meetings and teach yoga to the women twice a month. It is funny how this has touched so many people at the studio. Everyone is stepping up to help in so many ways. I am seeing so much goodness and sharing, something we do not always see or experience in todays world. Within the last week, SPY has been asked to get involved with another homeless shelter for both men and women. This intention is starting to turn into something really big and special. The only reason it is working is because of the grace and goodness of the students who attend SPY. The students and teachers of SPY YOGA are making a difference in peoples lives. The one thing I have learned over the past several months and this part of my so-called journey, is you have to have faith and confidence in yourself to make things happen. Because once you put yourself out there miracles can happen.
