Founded in 1992 in HsinChu, Taiwan, Simplo Technology (“Simplo”) is a professional Lithium-Ion battery pack developer. Currently, Simplo has multi-production capabilities based in China and also provides global HUB and FAE services. Our mission is to build out a global supply chain throughout Asia, America and Europe to provide the best products and services to our customers. Simplo has partnered with a number of internationally renowned companies, built steady long term partnership. We currently produce number 1 of the global market share of laptop batteries, affirmed by domestic and foreign publications such as Forbes, Business Week, U.S and Common Wealth, Taiwan. In 2009, we were included in Morgan Stanley’s constituent stock index. In the same year, our revenue exceeded USD 1 billion, and the rapid growth continues. Awareness of energy conservation and clean energy has been on the rise in recent years. Based on our strong foundation of battery R&D, Simplo has been an active player in this field. Since 2008, we have been devoted to developing new clean energy technologies such as power cells, energy storage systems and charging facilities. Meanwhile, we have also collaborated with a number of leading players in the clean energy field to develop new battery technologies domestically and abroad. To ensure the quality of our production and fulfill our corporate responsibility, Simplo has been certified with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System since 2002. Simplo has a flexible production capacity, strict in-process control mechanism and a robust traceability system. Furthermore, we are dedicated to developing our own proprietary equipment for automated production, testing and inspection, as well as a highly intelligent storage system, which ensures that our production can meet highly efficient and outstanding quality standards. In order to ensure product safety and reliability, and reduce the regulation verification process, Simplo has largely invested since 2000 to build a lithium battery safety and reliability testing laboratory. Furthermore, we have access to UL, the U. S; TUV-SUD, German; LCIE, France; TAF, Taiwan; Chemical Industry Research Institute, China; BATSO, Europe, and other laboratory accreditation. Simplo’s product range covers laptop batteries, all handheld appliance batteries, electric bicycle batteries, electric motorcycle batteries, electric and hybrid vehicle batteries, electric bus batteries, energy storage systems, battery chargers and charging stations, and quick-change battery systems. In 2011, we developed an all-encompassing solution for electric vehicles, which contains the battery, vehicle charger, DC converter and vehicle control system. With such a solution, Simplo’s No. 1 Electric Testing Car was born which demonstrated an unprecedented driving experience. Simplo’s technology R&D capabilities have been elevated to new heights.
