We collaborate with leaders in higher education to bridge the gap between a great education and a meaningful career. Today’s graduates face overwhelming choices and unprecedented competition. This professional landscape requires a new set of navigation tools. With our campus partners, we develop strategies and tactics, metrics and models, curricula and content, in order to prepare students for successful launch after graduation. We also work directly with a select number of college students and recent graduates who want to accelerate their path to a meaningful future. We use a holistic approach that grounds young adults in an appreciation of what sets them apart, while they develop the skills to explore, evaluate, and pursue their best options.
