At no cost to the landowner, Sigma Strategic Land will appraise the development potential of your land. If it has potential, we work in partnership with you to promote the land for development through a promotion agreement or an option agreement. We fully fund the planning process, assuming all financial risk. For the landowner, the process is risk-free, save for the commitment to sell the land once planning permission is obtained. Once planning permission has been secured, we then market the site to housebuilders selling to the best bidder at the time, thus maximising the best possible financial return for you.
