Zillow as a platform helps a homeowner list and market their home to potential buyers through a couple of online channels. However, there is not currently a real estate platform that helps a seller effectively price the home, obtain professional photos and videos, list and market the home via an omnichannel approach, assist the seller with in-person showings, allow online offer to purchase submissions and negotiations between the platform users and streamline the legal elements of a transaction and closing via a real estate attorney partner.
