As one the largest companies in the industry, we have our own in-house graphic design department, large format printing, screen printing, embroidery and full colour printing. We have extensive production capacity including large-scale screen printing machines, high volume embroidery machines, high speed digital printing machines (indoor and outdoor) and two lines of offset printing units. In terms of capacity, we can do upto 10,000 T-shirts per day, 10,000 caps and 10,000 boards per day. Offset units can do 15,000 impressions in an hour for each line. In terms of facilities, we have a backup generator and we run operations 24 hours in three shifts. We also have vinyl cutters for signage, a full metal fabrication unit and painting department.
