Showdown Events is one of the UK's premier Thai Boxing, K1 and Full Contact promoters. The thrill of anticipation rippling through the audience, the thudding impact of a fierce leg kick, the euphoria of a panting champion. Showdown Events mixes the exhilarating elements of combat sports to deliver engaging and incredible shows to our audiences. Currently one of the only UK based promoters featuring Thaiboxing, K1 and Kickboxing fights in our shows, Showdown Events works closely with the various governing bodies. As a result we have showcased WAKO, W.R.S.A, WFKKO, BFKKO and Dynamite title fights, promoting a huge range of talent from World Title level all the way down to Area titles. Our shows are anticipated by thousands of fans, with our unstoppable reputation attracting some of the sport's biggest names to fight on our shows. World class fighters including Andrei Kulebin, Christian Di Paolo, Imran Khan, Helene Garnett, Marlon Hunt and Waine Turner have all featured on past shows, amongst many other world renowned names. With the aim to showcase the most engaging and exhilarating fights, we have featured international fighters from all around the world, including countries such as Belarus, Portugal, Romania, Russia, New Zealand, France and Thailand. We want our entertainment to be enjoyed by as many fans of the sport as possible, so all of our shows are also televised on the P4TV Sports network channel.
