Sheerline was created with one clear aim: to transform the experience of buying aluminium windows and doors from start to finish. Our in-house R&D team designed a complete, integrated system from the ground up, ensuring every product works seamlessly together and delivers outstanding aesthetics, security and thermal performance as standard. With flexible customisation and smart hardware options, Sheerline systems are designed to suit the unique needs of every project. This attention to detail has been recognised through Garnalex’s King’s Award for Innovation 2025, awarded for two Sheerline technologies: our patented corner construction, which reduces misalignment and improves quality, and our proprietary Thermlock® technology, delivering excellent U-values and straightforward Part L compliance, including 1.4 U-values across the entire window and door range. Engineered with fabricators and installers in mind, all Sheerline products are easy to fabricate and install. We’re proudly British, so all products are made using aluminium extruded at Garnalex’s state-of-the-art facility in Derbyshire, backed by competitive lead times, a 99.4% OTIF for 2025, and expert technical support.
