Factory Five Racing Information

Dave Smith founded Factory Five Racing in 1995 with his brother. Dave has been the CEO and charismatic leader of the company from the very first day. His vision, leadership, and the talented team he assembled, has built the company from a simple idea to become a truly iconic American performance car company. Today, more than 23 years later, the company has become the undisputed leader of the replica and component car business and the world’s largest and most successful replica car company. “When you decide to build a Factory Five, you are joining an amazing community of like-minded people who measure success by friendships, stoke, and horsepower more than money. Anyone can go out and buy a car. When you build your own Factory Five, you’re building not just an awesome corvette-slaying sports car.. You are building a story, a family heirloom, memories, and new friendships along the way that will last the rest of your life.” Dave Smith, President
