ShareWell exists so no one has to face life’s challenges alone. We connect people with others who have been there through free, online peer support. Members can join small groups led by trained Peer Hosts, meet privately with trained Peer Specialists, or build practical skills in workshops. Our support groups span 150+ topics including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, chronic illness, relationships, caregiving, parenting, major life transitions and more. We have 600+ live groups available each week. 90% feel better after just one group ShareWell is peer support, not therapy. Our programs complement clinical and community-based care by reducing isolation, strengthening coping, and making human connection easier to access—without geography, waitlists, or cost standing in the way.
