KidsROAR is committed to the prevention of abuse on children and adults by delivering engaging programs that focus on Personal Safety Education. Education on Personal Safety is vital as 1 in 5 children will experience sexual abuse before their 18th birthday (Pereda, et, cl 2009) and 1 in 6 older people are subject to some form of abuse (World Health Organisation 2017). Our Personal Safety for Kids programs provide tools and strategies that empower children to help reduce their vulnerability to abuse, neglect and unsafe situations. Our dynamic, caring team of educators deliver our Programs through ELC's, kindergartens, schools, sporting and community organsiations. We also deliver education programs and information sessions to teachers/educators, corporate team members, parents/carers, seniors and community members. Our passion is to help prevent abuse, reduce violence in the community and promote positive health and wellbeing children and adults throughout Australia.
