Servitly helps OEMs and service providers harness data from connected products to redesign and enrich their after-sales services and processes, through a Cloud-based, configurable IoT application. Through Servitly services also become "Connected". This allows organizations to reduce costs and risks of their after-sales operations, enrich their offerings with IoT-enabled solutions, establish lasting relationships with customers, generate new recurring revenue streams from subscriptions, spare parts and consumables and new service models, like Equipment-as-a-Service. The application is made up of a Connected Customer Portal, giving end customers capabilities like remote monitoring and control, troubleshooting, performance advisory, reporting, subscriptions, spare parts and consumables purchase, and a Digital Control Room, giving all the after-sales professionals capabilities like remote diagnostics, installed base monitoring and alerting, smart proactive maintenance planning, purchase orders management. The software integrates with existing IoT technologies to collect raw data from connected products, processes data to extract actionable information, triggers business processes within other information systems, like FSMs, and provides information and digital capabilities to all stakeholders in the value chain: organization, end customers, third parties. The most distinguishing feature of Servitly is the Console, a no-code environment for configuring all organization-specific application details. Through it, Servitly offers a "buy and configure" alternative to companies that are not satisfied with the "make" of resource-intensive, slow-growing, difficult-to-manage, and incomplete homegrown solutions. Established in 2019, Servitly is now trusted by more than 40 customers in Europe, operating in different industries like HVAC, Food, Water, Energy, Industrial Processing and Packaging, to deliver Connected Services bound to more than 23,000 Connected Products.
