SeQual was acquired by Chart Industries in 2011 and was known as Chart SeQual Industries. Upon Chart's acquisition of AirSep, its products were marketed under Chart's Biomedical Division under the name Caire. SeQual and AirSep products are now sold by Caire Inc.
