Our healing method is built on three main pillars which lead to a healthy and happy life: Healthy spirit, healthy mind and a good physical fitness. We will be delighted to assist you in achieving just that. After all, we all know that peace of mind, vitality, health and a positive frame of mind lead to a tranquil and happy life. Our grassroots lie in the RUŠ method. It is a unique therapeutic tool which allows us to deal with and subsequently permanently remove worries from our lives. The RUŠ method can be applied to anything that causes us pain, be it pain emotional or physical. This is possible because it is us who invites in all physical and other problems that riddle our lives. We do this by entertaining certain thoughts and acting upon them or in other cases by the opposite, total passivity. Our thoughts are intertwined with our feelings – the good, the bad and the neutral. The good thoughts fulfill us, the neutral ones pass by without much demand on our attention but the bad thoughts cause us pain. Both psychological and physical pain. Negative feelings create anguish which, with time, can grow into an illness. We will therefore focus on your bad feelings. The RUŠ method enables us to find the real causes of those emotions, their triggers which you, yourself, will be able to process and remove during one or more sessions. Without a negative thought there is no bad feeling.
