Sekando is leveling the playing field between employers and recruiters in a marketplace - smooth as butter. We are solving 2 problems: 1. While recruiting, it's a hassle to know what agency to use. There are way too many agencies and most of them claim that they are experts in your field - but are they, really? 2. A "60-minute lunch to talk about your recruitment needs" is attractive to no one but the recruitment agency. We created a marketplace where we let employers solve these problems, by: a) publish your need, for free b) let recruitment agencies compete for you as a customer by making you an offer for the assignment c) choose the recruitment agency that fits you the best, regardless if you choose from ratings & reviews, previous success stories or price. We believe in transparency and the best way to take the recruitment industry there is by letting them compete to each other in a field where the customers set the rules.
