2017 was a year with many exciting events. Sweden qualified for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Crown Princess Victoria celebrated her 40th birthday, and TB-Group was founded. TB-Group was founded in Stockholm by two guys who shared a clear vision – to create the world’s best workplace, where Mondays aren’t as tough as in American movies. Thanks to the founders' comprehensive industry background, it was obvious for them how the internal workplace atmosphere was reflected in the deliveries to the customers. And with this insight, the founders decided that they wanted to build and be part of something truly different in the recruitment industry. TB-Group's goal is to stand out from the crowd and offer something fresh and new in an industry characterized by a very high level of competition. The company values are not just written on a poster on the wall; they are lived everyday and are the company's guiding star in the daily work just as in the long term strategies. Today, TB-Group is a well-known brand in Sweden, with a team of dedicated employees who help companies throughout the country with their recruitment needs. In 2023, TB-Group established an office in Oslo, Norway.
