Having discovered this power of chia, we at SOW have been cultivating the seeds on our land in South America for twenty years. But we're not just any chia producers. We are now the largest producers of the highest quality chia seeds in the world, using a new form of agriculture, regenerative agriculture. The goal of this process is to help reverse climate change by rebuilding the soil, improving the water cycle and pulling carbon out of the atmosphere.
