We started up in 1985, with an eye on the long-term success of our business. We began operating in an area with some of the best, mostpristine water on the planet: Chile's Patagonia. It's a place where we've made our dream a reality. Today Ventisqueros is one of the most stable salmon businesses in the industry, known and respected in foreign markets for maintaining the highest quality standards, and for its strong commitment to serving its clients and developing its products. A major advance for our company occurred in 2011, when we became thefourth division of the GrupoSchörghuber, a highly respected German holding company.
