Securezza provides trained, certified and licensed Security Officers. Each security officer has been screened to the standards of The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) and undergoes further rigorous background screening prior to employment with us. Our officers are remunerated in strict compliance with the provisions of Sectoral Determination 6 relating to the Private Security Sector. Our recruitment and selection criteria surpasses the industry standard. We conduct pre-employment background screening that includes criminal record checks as well as employment history, references and qualification verification. Our officers need to pass a pre-employment test to evaluate the level of their knowledge of the security industry. Each officer must undergo at least two personal interviews with management to test their verbal and communication skills.
