Decades of listening to fryers' needs has taught us that while we have some great ideas, its your goals which must be ours too! With a design team lead by you and Scotrange, we combine your knowledge with ours and use it positively. Our vision is to inspire you. Our new Range was born from a wealth of experience and knowledge accumulated over the years, not only in servicing and repairs of most makes and models of Frying Ranges, but also taking note of the best and worst features in different ranges and the most reliable components. We also paid attention to what our customer's were saying - their likes and dislikes, good experiences and bad experiences with respect to preformance, reliability, quality of build as well as the overall operating efficiency of their Frying Range. We search the country for 'good condition' second hand frying ranges, and store them until we have a customer that requires a configuration of the available stock. At this point we strip the complete Range until we are left only with the basic frame and top work everything else is disgarded. We chemically-dip all the top work and frame to remove all the accumulated dirt and grime, power wash it and finally mechanically process re-polish the top work to obtain an 'as near new' finish as possible.
