Profile of Schedule Ltd Director Daniel Hostein:- Benefiting from a solid career within major contracting organisations my experience in all aspects of planning is augmented by a proven record of contract, commercial and risk appreciation. The last several years of my career has been focused on bringing together cost control, forecasting, risk, programme, and EVA. I will ensure there is a solid plan, a common understanding and a belief in achieving it. I will manage the integration of cost, resource and time to ensure the project team at all levels understands the progress, value achieved and most expedient route to completion. I will assist in ensuring the team is aware of the project risks and work towards mitigating their effect. I will bring experience of several major London projects from tender to completion. My previous projects have all had multiple stakeholders and often several funding organisations. They are all within central London location and require detailed planning of logistics and considerations of the local environment.
