The Scanbech Group specialises in the development and production of bottles, closures, cream jars and pharmaceutical packaging in plastic. With a range of more than 1000 standard components, Scanbech offers a larger selection than any other manufacturer today. In addition to Scanbech's large standard range, many custom designs are also developed to suit individual needs. On average one new mould is built every second week all year round. Scanbech was founded as an agency in the mid-50's by Frank Bech. During the past 15 years Frank Bech's son, Frans Bech, has been in control of the Scanbech Group and has the position as Chairman of the Board. In recent years the Scanbech Group has experienced a strong period of growth; hence the number of employees has doubled to approximately 310, and three new production plants have opened. This means that today Scanbech has production facilities in Denmark, England, Poland and Ghana.
