Sargisson Associates comprises of myself and a network of credible professional businesses. What I know is Change Leadership, Growth, Strategy and everything around the edges, either within start-ups or helping existing, fully formed businesses of every size and sector create and develop new ideas and future innovation. My time is costed, agreed and delivered based on a project delivery formula. Who I know comes from my extensive experience in delivering change, often by engaging the services of highly professional and trusted regional businesses. In addition my time as CEO for one of the regions largest business membership groups. I can offer many useful connections. Transparency and honesty always apply. I will suggest the best and most appropriate and capable businesses deliver the relevant components of change with the assurance there is never any commercial of financial relationship between myself and those invited to tender.
