The Sarasota Family YMCA has been at the heart of Sarasota since 1945. Today, we touch over 70,000 lives through our four fitness branches and offer more than 50 youth and family development programs within four counties in Southwest Florida. We live our not-for-profit mission by providing life changing experiences and assistance to everyone of all ages, background, ability, race or religion.
